The boat-shaped terrace of Marina, a seafood restaurant at the small town of Nea Potidea, overlooks a picturesque fishing harbor. Boats dock at the foot of the restaurant, carrying the latest catch, that goes straight from the fishermen’s nets to the plates of diners. A wide selection of seafood is available, including thin wafers of fish carpaccio and shrimps drowned in tomato sauce, a local delicacy known as saganaki.
